By using the Sahla platform you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
- Nature of the service
- Sahla is a marketplace connecting customers with independent service providers in Iraq. Performing the service itself is the provider’s responsibility; the platform verifies provider identities before they are listed.
- Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential. The platform may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- Bookings and prices
- Displayed prices are indicative ranges in IQD set by providers. The final price is confirmed between you and the provider before the service is performed.
- Ratings
- Ratings must reflect a genuine experience. The platform may remove abusive or misleading content.
- Liability
- The platform is not liable for damages arising from dealings made outside the app; we recommend completing all bookings through the platform.
- Changes
- These terms may be updated; continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance.
